If bringing own Marquee stabilize with weights or pegs for outside.
INSIDE SITES (only) $22: Individual Trestle hire $5 ea, Chair $2 ea
Marquees & Gazebos tops, permitted inside, but without side covers
Agery Rd gate entry for ALL Siteholders (incl. Inside Grandstand Pavilion 3mx3m site )
(Site Fee includes entry for ONE adult only.)
Arrival times for sellers: Sat: 1pm— 6pm Sun: 7am—9am For SELLERS ONLY
For Safety Reasons: NO VENDOR to leave grounds before 1pm.
PUBLIC 8am – 2pm ADULT $5.00 Children under 14 yrs—FREE No concessions

Grounds to be left tidy and all rubbish to be placed in wheelie bins before leaving the grounds to assist our small band of volunteers.
This gesture would be appreciated by the Committee who in turn will be most happy to welcome you back again next year.

Bring your Vintage Tractors for Tractor Pulls, plus stationary engines, motor vehicles, trucks, tractors and motorcycles to display.
Plus other activities for a family fun weekend -remote control truck models-display. Steam model trains for rides and rocket cover race demonstrations.
Camping available at RV Park & oval with toilets and showers.
Entry $8 adults-exhibitors & children under 14 free.
Food & drinks available during the day, evening meal at Mundoora Community Sports Club.
